We’ve created a site with a fresh and exciting look and feel, and over the coming months new functionality will be added to offer visitors a wealth of information about the Mystery Shopping industry. 

There will be lots of great content available that’s updated regularly, making this site the ‘go to’ site to find out more about Mystery Shopping.  It’s going to be a great source of knowledge for our members, our shoppers and our clients:

Members - look out for the Members Only section, which will be launched towards the end of this year.  We will be sharing news and interesting articles/case studies with you, and presenting you with opportunities to better educate your employees and shoppers.  

Shoppers – we’ll be providing you with information on shopper certification, and sharing best practice on everyday issues and areas of topical interest.

Clients – we’ll make it easy for you to select a provider in your local area, and also make the uses and benefits of Mystery Shopping clear to you.  We’ll also explain why you should always choose an MSPA member to partner with you on your Mystery Shopping programmes.
