The theme of the 16th annual MSPA conference was, Customer Experience (CX) Matters “The Role and Future for Mystery Shopping” are the watchwords of business growth in our current age. Understanding and creating great customer experience is the future of retail in all its forms - gone are the days when price and promotion make the difference - CX means so much more. What role do we play in bringing great experiences to life? Now is our time to be clear and confident of our future. Over 230 delegates from 47 countries shared, learned and networked for 2,5 days – again in 2015 the largest Mystery Shopping event worldwide!
Experts from the worldwide business of mystery shopping gathered in Riga, Latvia including mystery shopping experts, providers and clients, discussing vital areas of interest to both large and small companies. Almost all guests joined the welcoming reception on Tuesday and the Dinner event on Thursday evening; they enjoyed an excellent dinner at Restaurant Biblioteka with Latvian dancers, Cocktail show, a magnificent illusionist and excellent food and wines.
Next years MSPa Europe conference will be organized in Malta - 24-26 May 2016
