Over 275 delegates from 53 countries gathered for 2,5 days at the 20th MSPA Europe/Africa conference in Split, Croatia on 21-23 May – again in 2019 the largest Mystery Shopping event worldwide!

Experts from the worldwide business of mystery shopping gathered in Split including mystery shopping experts, providers and clients, discussing vital areas of interest to both large and small companies. 

Thank you all for traveling to Croatia, making the event again "the place to be" for everyone int he Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience industry in May every year!

As well a big thank you to the speakers coming from Croatia, The Netherlands, UK, South Africa, Austria, Norway, Hong Kong, Greece who shared their case studies & topics in a fantastic way.

The theme of the 20th annual MSPA EA conference was, "Agility - the future for prosperity” Connect, Learn and Share with MSPA - Your Professional Association. Celebrating how much we can learn from each other, how much we need to keep up to date and above all, how we need to keep evolving to stay current and relevant. Agility was our word for the week. To do so we need to be Agile in thought and action!

Jill Spencer handed-over the MSPA EA Presidency to Stefaan Vandroogenbroeck. Jill was President of MSPA EA for the last 2 years and remains Global Chair untill 31 December 2019. We thank her for the excellent leadership and are glad she stays connected with the MSPA EA board for the upcoming years as Past President supporting Stefaan and the entire board.

Next years MSPA Europe/Africa conference will be organized in Varna, Bulgaria - 19-21 May 2020.
