Elite Member Status - Criteria

Elite Status qualification criteria

In order to receive the Elite Member status for one year it is necessary to fulfill:

  • 4 compulsory criteria (Tier A)
  • 1 criteria from Tier B
  • 1 criteria from Tier C

 

A. COMPULSORY CRITERIA

  1. PAY INVOICES & FEES ON TIME
    • Elite members should pay all fees (membership, conference, masterclass) in a timely manner i.e on or before the first deadline
       
  2. INCLUDE MSPA Europe/Africa logo and link when sending emails and on your company website
    • MSPA logo should be visible on email signature and website. Elite members should add a link to MSPA Europe/Africa website on their company site
       
  3. ATTEND the annual conference or Masterclass of MSPA Europe/Africa (face to face) in the current 12 month period (at least 1 person per member company)

  4. At least 1 person of your company should be passed for the GDPR and Ethics Course of the MSPA EA E-learning program. Please visit the Learning pages of MSPA EA!


B. SUPPORT MSPA THROUGH ACTIVE INVOLVEMENT

  1. Be a speaker at the MSPA Europe/Africa conference – presenting a case study or key note session
  2. Moderate a MSPA Europe/Africa workshop in conjunction with the the MSPA Europe/Africa Board
  3. Write a press review in your country about Mystery Shopping and MSPA and/or publish at least 1 article promoting Mystery Shopping and MSPA in the current 12 month period
  4. Be a speaker at another event promoting MSPA Europe/Africa: If you spoke at another event using MSPA logo on the presentation template, it will be considered that you met this criteria
  5. Nominate a new candidate for membership of MSPA Europe/Africa. As long as the nominee is eligible to apply, we would consider that this criteria had been satisfied even if membership is not granted
  6. Organize a local event about Mystery Shopping and promote MSPA


C. SUPPORT MSPA THROUGH DIRECT INVOLVEMENT IN ANY MSPA EVENT / INITIATIVE

  1. Participate in initiatives set-up by MSPA Europe/Africa board, e.g. Smiling Report
  2. Participate in at least one of the annual surveys
  3. Recommend a speaker or suggest a relevant paper for MSPA Europe/Africa conferences or workshops. (A recommendation will satisfy this criteria, regardless of whether or not the speaker/moderator/paper is included). The recommendation includes speakers/moderators/paper from within the membership company.
  4. Assist in the organisation of an MSPA Europe/Africa event (facilities, venues, scheduling, sponsoring, etc.)
  5. Share a case study with MSPA EA or submit a written paper to be shared via MSPA website
  6. Contribute to MSPA Europe/Africa website through podcasts or any other media
