We encourage all mystery shopping providers in all regions worldwide to submit their data for the Smiling Report 2021, by FEBRUARY 8th 2021 - which will include data for January-December 2020.

A large benefit for all participants is that you get BENCHMARKING data per industry and country, which will be interesting for your clients. Another benefit is that you can achieve a lot of MEDIA ATTENTION if you are creative in how you present the results. The best MS Provider so far was covered in 130+ media articles, radio, TV etc. this year.
- You just need to tag all questions you have during 2020 that are about Smiling, Greeting, and Add-on Sales. And in January, pull the number of questions and the number of YES responses, per industry and per country. It is very easy to tag questions and if you need support, please talk to your software provider already now so you are prepared for January.
- You don’t need to do any additional surveys to participate, and you will not disclose any client names, nor any other personal data.
We will not in any way publish which data comes from which mystery shopping provider.
Your company name (if you consent) will be in a list of participating companies, with contact details so that media and potential clients can contact you. Only providers that participate, will receive the report before it is published.
