MSPA was founded in 1998 by a group of mystery shopping business owners who recognized the positive influence a trade association could have on the industry. The Association started with about 70 member companies, and has since grown into a global organization with more than 450 member companies. MSPA Europe/Africa was created as a region in 2001 and currently has over 200 member companies.
Today, MSPA is an international association focused on supporting and influencing the entire customer experience through education, research, networking, and metrics.
