In connection to the MSPA General Meeting & Conference 19-21 May 2026

• Single room Euro 135 per night / Double room Euro 151 - excellent room rates!
• Room rates include: breakfast, all applicable taxes, safe in the room, use of swimming pool, free Wi-Fi in all public areas of the hotel. Rates will be available only to conference delegates.
• Spa facilities, sports and a fitness center are available right next to the hotel at the Arena Alicante Sports Club - Daily passes can be purchased at the Arena Alicante reception, giving guests access to the club’s gym facilities, fitness classes, and other sports services.

Direct booking (participants) conditions:

• Payment & final confirmation:
  • No credit card details are asked or needed when you make your reservation.
  • Important - 7 to 14 days before your arrival at the Alicante Golf Hotel, you will receive a secure payment link to arrange payment by credit card (the hotel does not store or maintain any information about guests' personal card details).
  • Once your payment has been made correctly, your reservation is firm, and you as guest will receive a final confirmation including your reservation number.
• Cancellation Conditions:
  • Free Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If cancelled between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival, 1 night will be charged as late cancellation fees to the guests credit card.
  • If cancelled below 6 days prior to arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged as late cancellation fees to the guests credit card
  • In case of “No Show” the hotel will charge the total amount of the entire stay.
